Definitions

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 576jl Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 576jl Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 576jl. Where applicable under Philippine law, these Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Section 3

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the 576jl Platform and all real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

21+ Only. 576jl enforces the minimum age requirement through identity verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds confiscated as required by applicable law, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players located within the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 576jl reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or requires additional licensing.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 576jl Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 576jl will merge or close the duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

3.4 Registration Information

When registering a 576jl Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. 576jl may require supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time.

3.5 KYC Verification

Prior to processing withdrawals, claims of significant bonuses, or upon request by 576jl's compliance team, Players must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Section 4

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 576jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 576jl will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or phone.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 576jl immediately via the support contact provided on the Platform. 576jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 576jl may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in applicable fee schedules, and may close dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any remaining real-money balance in a closed dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

576jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within one (1) banking business day. 576jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. 576jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending KYC verification or fraud review. 576jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5.4 Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Only real-money balances that have met all applicable conditions may be withdrawn. 576jl reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount from a withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been completed.

Note for Filipino players: All currency amounts in your 576jl Wallet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There are no hidden currency conversion charges on PHP transactions. USDT deposits are subject to a conversion rate disclosed prior to confirmation.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers issued by 576jl are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict, specific promotional terms take precedence over these general terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. 576jl reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met within the specified period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

576jl actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedged or low-risk bets to artificially fulfill wagering requirements, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, and colluding with other players. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Promotional Changes

576jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to active Accounts where wagering requirements have been partially met.

Section 7

Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on the 576jl Platform is governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the respective game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute between the on-screen game display and the game server records, the server records shall prevail.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

576jl reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregularity, system error, or suspected manipulation. Bets placed on markets that are voided due to technical error, data feed failure, or an event being cancelled will be refunded at the original stake amount.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, player tier, or promotional period. 576jl reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, 576jl will investigate the incident and, where the malfunction can be verified by server records, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 576jl shall have no further liability to the Player in such circumstances. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a governing principle on the 576jl Platform.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 576jl Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — these must be reported to 576jl support immediately upon discovery.
Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, including allowing minors to play through your Account.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 576jl staff or other players via any communication channel.
Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security systems, KYC processes, or responsible gaming controls.

Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 576jl is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. All large cash-equivalent transactions are subject to mandatory reporting obligations.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

576jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout timers.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinite exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net win/loss position during a gaming session.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the 576jl Platform — including but not limited to the 576jl brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 576jl or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 576jl. Unauthorized use of 576jl intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

Section 11

Privacy & Data

576jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights as a data subject — including the rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your data — by contacting our support team at the email address provided in Section 16.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 576jl's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

576jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising from:

Service interruptions, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical malfunctions beyond 576jl's reasonable control.
Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers.
Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements that necessitate modifications to the Platform or its services.
Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, power failures, internet outages, or acts of government.

Nothing in this Section limits 576jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Section 13

Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 576jl Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance to an eligible payment method. Accounts with outstanding KYC requirements may not be able to process final withdrawals until verification is complete.

13.2 Termination by 576jl

576jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
The Account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
A regulatory or compliance obligation requires suspension of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 576jl reserves the right to forfeit all balances in accordance with applicable law. Where closure is for regulatory or operational reasons unrelated to player conduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, Players are required to exhaust 576jl's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. 576jl will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days of receipt of all necessary information.

Where a Player is dissatisfied with 576jl's resolution of a complaint, they may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

576jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 576jl will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the 576jl Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The version of the Terms governing any particular transaction is the version in effect at the time the transaction was made. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
